La Pluie Douce, 1999
Commissioned by Ministere des affaires culturelles du Québec for Le centre hospitalier Charles Lemoyne, Brossard, Québec. 14′ x 8′ x 49′, etched glass, steel.
An environmental work where an eighty foot long etched glass roof over an access ramp casts patterns of concentric rings so that visitors are surrounded by the patterns of a light rainfall on water. The surrounding landscape echoes these same concentric rings through terracing and planting.
